The beginning of a new year is an ideal time for planning and setting goals that promote health, wellbeing, and work/life balance. This month, I will outline some of my goals aimed at achieving health and wellness, as well as pursuing personal and professional growth in the new year.


New Year Priorities: Development, Education, and Collaboration


The initial step to ensuring the upcoming year is a healthy, balanced, and productive one is to identify the most important goals and priorities.

I have organized my priorities for this year into four primary categories:


  • Providing resources for creating achievable, personal health and wellness objectives.

  • Participating in community nutrition education and culinary mentorship programs.

  • Exploring new avenues for personal and professional growth and education.

  • Sharing insights on food sustainability and on lessons learned from the growing movement of "Food as medicine."
